Next door to our residence is the recently acquired "Yellow House" The complete renovation of this house and outbuilding (into a chapel) is pending final purchase agreement and can begin shortly. We also have projects for the repair and upgrade of our residence. We invite you to partner with us in praying for God's provision by sending us helpers, materials and/or gifts needed to finish these projects. Our current prayer list includes:Across the street from our main house and residence is our 'Little House" ministry house which was included with the purchase of our residence. The recently aquired "YellowHouse" will become a ministry house and chapel. We continue to pray for the completion of the renovation of the "Little House". It is now mostly done and available for overnight stays at this time.

- caulk gaps in exterior trim to prevent wasps.- finish minimal insulation in crawl space.- gutters and down spouts.- stain handicap ramp.- cut and remove heavy brush to expand parking.- dig out area to prepare for addition.- 16 x 20 bedroom/mudroom addition.- support center beam under house.- gravel under car port.- install quarter round trim throughout the house- install interior trim around fireplaces (1x4)
Residence:
- insulate basement ceiling.- install moisture barrier (plastic) in crawl space.- prepare and paint deck.- power wash and paint car port metal roof.-power wash and paint porch metal roof.- finish staining privacy fence.- remove gutters and repair fascia.- prime and paint repaired fascia.- install gutters and down spouts.-update plumbing and drains for future kitchen remodel and bathroom upgrades.- total kitchen remodel.- finish bathroom remodel.

Yellow House Ministry House: Thisbrand new(Nov 2011) project requires total gut and renovation from studs to finished condition. A four bedroom house will sleep up to 20 and will include a separate Chapel on the premises. Both structures require total gut and total renovation. See pictures below.
