God has blessed us with the opportunity to purchase on a land contract the Yellow House next to our residence as a ministry house, which, upon completion of total renovation, will house short term mission teams of up to 20. The out building will be converted into a chapel for church services, devotions, prayer, counseling, praise and worship, etc. Donations from two South Carolina churches and one individual from NC have provided a 37% down payment. The house will be part of Loaves and Fishes Ministry, Inc. We ask that you consider praying for this project and for God's will and provision. On January 19 - 21, the back half of the house was covered with a metal roof while the damaged front room (formerly a porch) was removed and replaced as the original porch. On February 17 &18 the balance of the roof will be covered with metal. Gutting the entire house of plaster lathe and removing the chimney (already below the roof line) is about 30% completed. The entire inside of the house needs to be gutted.

Our prayer request at this time is to secure the house with two exterior doors to the porch and six first floor double hung replacement windows 
and four smaller single pane windows. Securing the house will allow rewiring the house which includes moving the interior circuit breaker box to a wall closer to the exterior service meter, new boxes, and 12-2 wire.


Needs include:
- convert outbuilding to chapel
- remove chimney (currently below roofline) below second floor (interior).
- gut entire house (plaster lathe)(on going at this time).
- 3 new/used exterior doors with hardware.
- new/used heat pump and air handler and duct work.
- replacement windows (10 double hung)(5 single pane)
- total electric rewire (move breaker box to another wall, switches, outlets).
- total re-plumbing (water lines and drains).
- insulate and drywall and trim all rooms.
- enlarge existing bathroom(first floor) (w/new or used fixtures).
- install new bathroom on second floor (all fixtures).
- fascia and soffit repairs (remove aluminum cover).
- vinyl siding (possibly).
- complete new/used kitchen.
- recondition wood floors (sand and polyurethane)
- under pinning for security and weather.
- tree removal​ (3).
- landscaping (clear embankment).
- build exterior pressure reated stairway up embankment to house from           parking area. 
- resurface or reclaim existing porch deck.

CURRENT PRAYER REQUESTS: Gut total house burning lath and bagging plaster. Remove all trim, doors and frames. Install beam to open up wall between kitchen and living room. Aquire and install 2 exterior doors  and windows.  Move 220 amp breaker box to another wall closer to service. Remove remaining wiring and boxes. Rewire entire house with 12-2 wiring.  Remove chimney below second floor (already removed below roof line).
